A: Every Jamnaba sweet is handmade fresh, in small batches — no mass production, no shortcuts.
Q: Do your products contain preservatives?
A: No. We don't use any artificial preservatives. This is why our shelf life is shorter than commercial sweets — freshness over long storage, always.
Ordering & Delivery
Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver Pan-India through trusted local courier partners.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders typically arrive within 4-5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once dispatched, we'll send your tracking ID via WhatsApp or email, which you can use on our courier partner's tracking portal.
Q: Can I place a bulk or corporate order?
A: Yes — visit our Gifting & Celebrations page and fill out the inquiry form with your requirements.
Returns & Issues
Q: Can I return a sweet if I don't like it?
A: Since our products are perishable food items, we don't accept general returns. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Reach out to us on WhatsApp or email within 2 days with photos of the damaged item, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Why don't you use silver vark (chandi vark) on your sweets?
A: We believe in purity without unnecessary additions. Skipping vark is part of our commitment to honest, uncompromised ingredients.
