At Jamnaba Dairy Farm, we take great care in packing and dispatching your order so it reaches you fresh, safe, and on time.

Delivery Coverage
We currently ship Pan-India through trusted local courier partners.

Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of 80 Rs. is applied at checkout for all orders across India.

Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive your tracking/consignment ID via WhatsApp or email. You can use this ID to track your shipment directly on our courier partner's tracking portal. Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare and pack your order (a little longer during festive seasons like Diwali and Rakhi, given the handmade nature of our sweets) before it is handed over for delivery.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier logistics, weather, or regional restrictions beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there's any significant delay with your order.
